I wanted to become a midwife to make a difference in maternal quality of care and improve the lives of my patients. I believe in collaborative care between the patient and their care providers where autonomy is maintained. I am interested in physiologic birth and supporting low intervention when possible. I enjoy traveling to the National Parks, hiking, reading, cooking and spending time with my family.
