This care team is exceptionally slow. I was a patient with them for several years because I kept wanting to give them another shot, because it was very conveniently located near me. Every time I went for a standard cleaning, it would take a minimum of 2 hours between checking in and leaving. The last straw was when I went to get a bond for my tooth. It again took about 30-45 minutes to be brought to my room, where I sat for another 45 minutes before someone came to see me. They then prepped for the procedure, including numbing my mouth, and then left me again in the room for another 45 minutes. At that point, I walked rout there, with a numb mouth and no new bond. 

I fully acknowledge that the delays are due to being short staffed. But this was a consistent trend over 2-3 years that I went there, where you would hope they would work to address the staff shortage within that time. It feels like they are just being cheap by not wanting to pay for more staff and trying to turn over a larger panel than they can manage.
