HE CRIPPLIED ME FOR LIFE !!
During a 'routine' medical exam, I was assaulted by Dr. Gregory Hunter at his office. As a 100% disabled veteran for disabilities SOLELY on my right side, I told Hunter I was experiencing a horrible, painful muscle spasm in my right forearm. In spite of this information that I gave Hunter, Hunter chose to lift his reflex hammer 6-8 inches and strike my painful muscle spasm hard. I cried out from the instantaneous shockwave of pain that shot through my whole body & began sobbing. Hunter just walked away & sat down at his computer - did nothing, said nothing. I was in horrific pain all afternoon & all evening, unable to sleep because of the horrendous pain. The pain magnified & continued and 3 days later, horrible pain began on my LEFT SIDE forearm & elbow AND body tics & tremors began! (Having had muscle spasms & pain for 39 years, NEVER has my left side been afflicted with anything - not ever - until now!) By the end of the week, every bit of my skin was so sensitive that it couldn't come in contact with anything rough or hard, without sending a pain jolt & tremor through my whole body. I filed an Arizona Medical Board complaint (#MD-15-0193A).  By the beginning of the next week, BOTH MY LEGS began having ghastly, maddening, unrelenting pain!! (NEVER, in 39 years, have my legs had ANY pain or problems - until now!) On the 24th of February 2015, I was seen by a neurologist who diagnosed I had "RSD" and he said the trauma from Hunter's strike set in motion the incurable debilitating RSD syndrome (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy); which is the wasting away of muscles accompanied by incapacitating pain for life!!! By the end of March 2015, I had full body RSD, with EVERY RSD symptom, including the horrendous skin lesions which appear on my face, my scalp, my neck, and behind my ears.

Hunter's position is that he was checking my reflexes; just "tapped" my arm. I have HIS exam report.  It's filled with contradictions of HIS OWN WORDS, making his ENTIRE report flawed.  He says repeatedly he KNEW about my active muscle spasm - but he feigns his act as "tapping" my active muscle spasm.  THAT's a LIE.  Hunter didn't "tap" it; HE STRUCK IT HARD.  There is NO medical need for a doctor to strike a patient's active, painful muscle spasm, because any reasonably prudent physician knows the ONLY result would, irrefutably & at the very least, inflict pain. Hunter NEVER even lifted my sleeve to LOOK at it before he struck it! Hunter's report even states he "cannot exclude RSD"!!!  REALLY HUNTER???!!!!  Yet you struck a suspect RSD patient???

Hunter ignored my muscle spasm wound, clearly failing to exercise any degree of care, skill and learning expected of a reasonably prudent physician in the same or similar circumstances which Hunter, as a neurologist, should have known or reasonably should have expected to cause injury.

Hunter has destroyed any hope for me have a normal life. Now, my life is filled with daily horrendous skin lesions, limb swellings, ghastly pain & agony. As of April 1st, I've been seen by 7 different medical professionals, because of Hunter, and my out-of-pocket expenses is over $4000.00 & mounting.

Hunter is a disgrace to the medical profession & a dishonorable human being for not taking ownership for what he did to me.
