Dr. Biggs performed a scheduled procedure in the Derby office and it was not a smooth experience. She was insensitive, and displayed a lack of compassion. Found her dismissive as well as, abrasive and not easy to talk to at all. If you are looking for a caring doctor who will take time to listen about what you are going through then I don't recommend her.

I literally just got home from my appointment with Dr. Grace Yang Biggs and had to leave a review to contrast the negative ones. I initially made my appointment and looked at the reviews on here afterward and wondered if I should cancel, but followed through anyway. So happy I did. As a young 20something year old woman experiencing frequent UTIs, it was really awesome to see a knowledgable and kind female doctor. She was so reassuring and listened to my issues. Beyond that, she was also just cool, which is always a great quality to have as a young doctor. She didn't give me a whole lot of forewarning or explanation before the "exam" aspect (I have never seen a urologist before, absolutely no idea what it entailed), but honestly I preferred it because my body would have instinctively tensed up anyway, so 100% the best move for both parties involved. It's like when your primary asks you a question before giving you a shot, so you can't flinch. She was also insanely gentle so there is no negative. She was so, so nice and such a cool human that I happily made an appointment with her 3 months out. I definitely recommend Dr. Biggs!
