Dr. Grace Feng

I was hoping to provide negative feedback but unfortunately it's not an option. I went for a visit over a month ago (June 26th), Doctor suggested I need two root canals and submitted request for authorization to my insurance. Authorization was approved 1st week of July, I called the dentist office numerous times with no response (voice mail full), when I got hold of someone they were not helpful and said they have not received authorization and will call back, NEVER HAPPENED. I called my insurance and when they called the office the dentist office didn't want to receive the fax or email authorization and asked them to call back on Saturday when the insurance office is closed. I picked this dentist based on the review from google and also from my insurance site but I have been completely wrong. They are very unprofessional and very poor communication. Would not recommend them to anyone at this point. I have been suffering from this for over a month and they do not have any intention to provide patient care. Their email on the website does not work either. Super Frustrating. Will write another review after my appointment this coming Saturday 7/31.
