Dr DeSilva originally diagnosed my RA several years ago and is incredibly caring and knowledgeable.  Yes, you do have to wait awhile in the waiting room BUT, it is because she gives each patient enough time to really understand their issues and gets to know them.  Wonderful Dr. and facility.
