The lady that does the question process twists everything you say around. She makes you sound depressed, anxiety and your condition is based off of your medications. I had no problems with the lady who completed my cognitive testing. I sent a rebutal letter and no one ever contacted me in response until my Psychologist contacted the office because we had been waiting for his office to forward him a copy of the report. I sent certified copies of a HIPAA release they stated never was recieved and they would not changed the information that was incorrect without meeting with the dr. My Psychologist strongly encouraged me against going to that appointment because i live an hour away and the copay. The doctor and staff are already mad because I called them out on misconstued info in my chart. I would stay away and go to another office. The only nice person is Cynthia once you get past her then forget it. The dr sees you for one whole minute.
