It was the first I've met her and the after she personally called and checked if I had problem scheduling for my thyroid biopsy at the hospital. After I had my appointment, she was booked for the next 2 weeks for the follow-up appointment, but she made me come in during her lunch time so she can discuss the results of my biopsy. She is amazing and caring doctor.
