I was very disappointed in the follow through with this office. I went in with a broken tooth. They told me I would be notified by them, once they got the clearance from my insurance company for my procedure. I waited for a 3-4 weeks and never heard from them. I finally called my insurance and got the go ahead from them. We, the insurance company and I, called the dental office to get further info from them for my procedure. They said that they would have to RESUBMIT the pre-claim. After I hung up from that call, the dental office called and asked if I had scheduled the root canal. I said no one told me I needed a root canal (they do not do root canals at this dentist!!). The office that would perform the root canal, just called me this morning.... I told them I was going to find a different dental office........ This whole thing took 3-4 weeks...... VERY FRUSTRATED - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOS DENTAL OFFRICE AT ALL.
