I got the crown on my number two tooth at this office. As a result my crown is not a very good size. The doc told me that your tooth is so small. It sound like it is your fault that she couldn't make it right for my nature of tooth. I had my mouth open for 2-2.5 hrs for the surgery and she yelled at me that I was about to bite her finger. My jaw couldn't feel anything after opening for that long time. She didn't even have a tool to fix a mouth open? If she did why didn't she use it and not blame a patient? This office charged me of my insurance portion to me for the crown. After my insurance paid its portion in full, this office refunded my payment portion at two separate times, 191$ in 5 weeks and 48$ in 14 weeks after the surgery. Also they billed my insurance "twice" for the same one tooth. The most real bothering problem is that the crown is small and food sticks all the time between teeth. I need to floss it out 2-5 times daily after I eat. More horrible thing is that I mentioned this problem to the Dr. She did not take a right action yet at all. How unprofessional and irresponsible! Dr. Talbot, I still wait and watch how your responsible action would unfold.
