The office staff are rude and are only interested in getting your money. My insurance recently changed to a DMO. My husband wasn't aware of the change in January and they didn't ask him if there was any change to insurance coverage. AETNA navigator page says they accept DMO for existing patients but they would not take it even though we've been patients in this office for years; now we are stuck with a $200 bill. No loyalty or care for their patients in this office-- look for a different dentist
