Biography

G Brent Sorensen, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon with Saint Luke's Surgical Specialists. He became interested in bariatrics during his surgical residency and completed a fellowship in advanced laparoscopy and bariatrics. Dr Sorensen performs gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy. He also performs other minimally invasive and endoscopic procedures. Since joining Saint Luke's, he has introduced techniques to improve bariatric patient care and outcomes.
