Dr. Genesa Wagoner, MD

Dr. Wagoner has always been very caring with my two kids. She's always shown interest about my concerns, and takes the time to listen, and if necessary, orders the required tests. She's gone above and beyond to show professionalism, outstanding bedside manners, and genuine compassion. When my daughter had an MRI at another hospital, it showed that she had a mass. I immediately scheduled an appointment with her. She immediately ordered an ultrasound which confirmed that my daughter had a mass on her right ovary, prompting me to find a pediatric surgeon. I'm so eternally grateful to Dr. Wagoner for everything she does for my kids.

Dr. Wagoner is such a sweet, understanding, and compassionate doctor. She listens and takes notes of everything related to my son's needs/visit. I love that she suggests many things that I can do at home to ensure that my son feels better. I am thankful for her because in September 2024 she was able to get me a quick referral for Speech and Occupational therapy for my son which was long overdue due to issues with another pediatric office. Because of Dr. Wagoner I was able to get my son the help he needed and for her, I am forever grateful. Thank you!

Dr. Wagoner is simply amazing. My son's been seeing her since birth and every visit goes extremely well. I don't wait no more than 10 minutes every visit. She gives more than enough detailed information about what is best for my son and is very comfortable to talk to about any concerns I may have. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you again to the staff and Dr. Wagoner for treating my son with the best care!

Dr. Wagoner went above and beyond to care for my child. She contacted a specialist right away, and followed up to make sure we got an appointment before we left the office. Dr. Wagoner ordered and X-Ray that same day, and called me with results that same evening with directions what to do next. She is an amazing doctor, and really cares about her patients.

Dr. Genesa was amazing and was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. She exhibited such great compassion and attention. She provided my son with great care. She even ordered labs, which no provider ever has throughout his life. She even reached out to us with results and recommendations. I couldn't ask for a better provider for my son.

Dr. Wagoner was very personable and easy to talk to. She was detailed in explaining and answering our questions. Compared to other doctors we have seen in the past, she has exceeded our expectations and made sure to mention things I had not even thought about. She seems to really care and want to help parents as well as her patients.

I really appreciate this office's willingness to see my child the same day. I also am grateful that Dr. Wagoner reached out to the specialist to get my child seen the very next day and I'm thankful she followed up with me to ensure I secured the appointment. I'm always so pleased with the care my family and I receive at Providence.

Everything from calling to have my child seen to the airing room to the doctors and staff are amazing here. My kids used to be scared of the doctors but everyone makes the visits so smooth and they're so kind my kids feel sure and always leave feeling better. I am extremely grateful to everyone there.

It took me a long time to change my kids to a different place. I'm so happy to say that I'm so glad we came across Dr. Wagoner. She definitely pointed our family to all the right services and provided us with information. I look forward to growing my kids healthy with a good doctor by their side.

Dr. Wagoner and her team are incredible. They always make time for us when one of our children is sick. They are thorough, kind, and make my kids comfortable. This is an amazing team of doctors and I recommend them to everyone in the San Pedro area. We feel very lucky to have found them.
