I have recently had some bad experiences with doctors either being too short on time and responses as well as judgemental, not seeming to truly care or not even paying attention.  Dr. Friend has turned all that around for me!  He made a genuine introduction, walked me through step by step, asked the necessary questions to get to the bottom of my problem, was punctual, swift (in a good way) and truly seemed to care!  I was also pleased with the clean office and generally friendly staff.  I say generally, because there was one receptionist that seemed annoyed when I needed help.  But the nurses and other front staff were very friendly.
