Dr. Norberg is passionate about embracing emerging technologies and treatment techniques. The use of computer-aided designs to create custom implants and guides has become integral to the treatment of complex shoulder arthritis. This has increased the reliability and provided better results. His care goals are to educate patients on their options and treatment choices. This involves the translation of complex medical information to enable informed decision making.
