Dr. Vigna is by far the BEST spinal surgeon in WNY! I went through years of care under other Spinal Doctors with not great results, frustration, pushing meds, and many headaches from all of the previously mentioned. 
After research & sharing frustration from my previous experience, I found Dr. Franco Vigna, Matt, PA & Dustin, PA! 
Their care, compassion, thoroughness to explain everything, never feeling rushed, and not at all pushy to have surgery. I was given many options every time I had seen the medical providers, I always opted to take the conservative route first until all other avenues had been tried. It wasn’t until my arms & legs were giving out and after testing and seeing nerve issues from disc herniation that I opted to have a two level cervical fusion and 2 years later a lumbar Laminectomy and Discectomy all done by Dr Franco Vigna , which has given me my life back, I feel 10 years younger and am SO GRATEFUL for Dr. Vigna and his entire staff! 
Truly no need to look any further for a spinal doctor!
