I have been seeing Dr Arlen for over 10 years for migraines. She is straight to the point- tells you what you need to hear, which I appreciate. She has helped me significantly with my migraines, 
and was able to help me manage them even when I couldn’t take any meds due to pregnancy and 
breastfeeding. Her assistant is also extremely helpful! He always calls me back right away and gets my questions answered. Only thing 
that is a bit of a challenge is the office is rarely on time- but probably due to how thorough she is and she is a specialist so you never know the concern that came in before. I always try to schedule early Or right after lunch.
