Dr. Pan seemed very knowledgeable but seemed to lack empathy and interpersonal skills. At one point during my appointment, I began to cry because of the news regarding my health. When I tried to express my concerns, she came across as very cold and uncaring and told me, "Everyone has problems." While I value knowledge and expertise over all else, I also feel that the ability to show empathy is an important quality for a doctor to have. Given that this was my first time seeing this provider, and I was emotional at the time, I am hopeful that maybe this was just an unfortunate misunderstanding and future interactions will be better. However, my initial impression of Dr. Pan was not great.

My memory is poor on some of the questions. The staff is outstanding. The nurses aide was great. Dr Pan seemed to carefully consider my issue a mentioned any possible medication changes I might consider in the future. She seems on top of things. I'm glad she is my Doctor and I would recommend her any time. Your facilities are very nice with reasonable wait times which is wonderful considering the number of patients that can change day to day. You run a good ship and have great people working there. The Tri-Cities is lucky to have you there.

Doctor wasted our very limited time disagreeing with a minor mistake I made. I found no empathy for a very scary mental diagnosis. Provider scheduled a very limited (15-20 minutes) amount of time to discuss things I could do to possibly help my situation. (Poster hanging in waiting room describing the steps in the15-20 minute appointment was very unwelcoming. However, I find this business-like approach toward patients in the Kadlec system in general to be very off-putting.)

I see three of the Kadlec medical providers, each of them has carefully evaluated any concerns I have had, made suggestions to reduce the cause for those concerns, and, when necessary, made referrals to assist my recovery. I have had no issues with these providers, and feel fortunate to have access to their skills as needed.

I appreciated Dr. Pan's setting up the appointment so quickly due to a cancellation. The results of the test were troubling and I wanted to discuss them with the doctor. The appointment opening happened so quickly I was able to meet with her. She deserves a major thank you for being such a good person and a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Pan was kind and concerned about what I might possibly have. She referred me to a Specialist in Spokane. She said that she didn't have the equipment or expertise that the Specialist in Spokane had. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr is very up to date on my medical history. Encouraging about titrating off a long term med and presented very knowledgable about why that was safe. Her staff are as friendly and knowledable as she is in their job. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

I was satisfied so far with Dr Pan. I was seen for a new issue (seizure) that I have just started getting tests to identify cause. I had a MRI yesterday - no results yet. Bloodwork scheduled Friday. Can't get EEG until July - not good.

Dr Pan did not seem to listen to my concerns or explain the ramifications of my diagnosis. It was a very challenging diagnosis and I do not feel she spent the time that was needed to help process the diagnosis.
