He will scare you by telling you that you may have a major issue and will push expensive procedures on you for his own financial benefit. 

I visited the office of Dr. Shafizadeh for a regular checkup for the first time. After regular procedures and urine check, he told me I had to undergo additional (expensive) procedures and even check me for cancer (an extremely expensive procedure). Few weeks later I another doctor to get a second opinion and was told that Shafizadeh's approach was an overkill and most of those extremely expensive procedures were not needed. He obviously does this for his financial benefit.
