Was NOT gentle. Seemed to be resentful that I had a small jaw and she had trouble maneuvering. She did not bother to take an impression of my original molar before grinding it away and fitting me with a new crown for a tooth that had a completely different shape. After two more visits, the bite was still painful and I had to find another dentist to adjust the bite properly. 
Finally, to add insult to injury, when it came time to pay, the bill was for a significantly more expensive procedure than was originally discussed.
