She listens pretty well and will clarify in a discussion what you the patient want to do. Not hesitant to refer even to Physical Therapy.

I am very disappointed in this medical facility. My very first appointment and I was treated like I walked off the street without an appointment. I not only arrived an half hour early for my assigned appointment but completed everything online to speed up the process of check in to see the physician. I sat patiently waiting to be called back to see Dr. Quasem after 40 minutes. I asked the receptionist how much longer for the wait and she replied “you are next in line”. Waited another 10 minutes and went back to window and was told another 10 minutes I would be called back. Now, it’s an hour and I told the receptionist I don’t understand how I could be still sitting here and I was early and completed everything online. She claimed that it was 2 patients ahead of me and it’s a medical office. I explained that had I been told when I checked in that doctor is running behind that would have given me an option to reschedule, go run some errands, or wait. She stated she had no way of knowing the time flow of patients being seen. I explained it is your job to know to provide excellent customer service to the incoming patients. I also explained had you bothered to keep me updated instead of me having to keep asking you how much longer will I be waiting then maybe I also wouldn’t be so upset and disgusted by how I am being treated. This was supposed to be my first visit with my new physician and I was excited. Wow, what a let down. I wouldn’t send anyone to this office for real medical care.
