I am an asthmatic and have seen Dr. Kadifa 10 years. He takes his time and follows up when needed. He is not quick to prescribe but makes sure a medication is  truly needed. It is true, there is no one to answer the phone immediately, but at the end of the day there will be a call. It can be frustrating, but it hasn't been a big issue for me. He is very personable.
