I called to see if my son could get an appointment and the front desk rep told me that I missed appointment before so I am not able to get an appointment. I tried to explain yo her that there was a lot things going on around that time but she was so rude and told me she didn’t care and he can’t get in PERIOD. She was talking to me as if I was a child very disrespectful and nonchalant. My child Has really bad asthma and eczema so I was only try to get opinion from a dr that he has been seeing since he was a newborn. My heart hurts because I really like DrGoh but his staff is very disrespectful and inhuman.
