Over the 5 years I saw him it never seamed like he had a plan besides Botox. When  I finally agreed and it didn't work he didn't listen to me and look for something else. Especially when I had been complaining about the side affects of the other medifications. He wouldn't even listen to my other doctors when they saw how the side effects were hurting my quality of life.
