First off staff at desk gave me a hard time about my insurance card. This is a Scrip card....No read it says Aetna.  Well...I have to call and check this. No problem. I will say the other staff members were very friendly and caring.  Did not like Doctors brisk manner the first time, nor the second time. And I will not go back for the 3rd time. Could it be pain from arthritis.....possibly,  take 2 Aleve  Punctuality was great, I waited no more than 10 minutes in the exam room. Now I know why. Really felt rushed.
