Ethan is an exceptional therapist whose compassionate approach and deep understanding create a safe and healing space. I'm very grateful for the positive impact he's had on my life!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible impact that Ethan has had (and continues to have) on my life. When I first sought help for severe anxiety, I was in a dark place, unable to see a way out, and essentially homebound with panic attacks and extreme stress. Ethan has shown unwavering dedication, compassion, expertise, and has been a true guiding light on my long journey towards recovery. I have been seeing Ethan for the better part of the past year, and every time we meet, I immediately experience a genuine warmth and understanding that puts me at ease. He creates a safe and non-judgmental space where I can open up about my fears and anxieties, and he listens with deep empathy and patience to the difficult feelings that I've been struggling with. I've worked with a number of therapists in the past with mixed success. What sets Ethan apart is his unique ability to provide a healthy balance of support and challenge. He never pushed me too hard, yet he encouraged me to confront my anxieties and work through them at my own pace. His guidance and insights were incredibly valuable, offering me new perspectives and coping strategies that I had never considered or used before, He has helped me build a toolbox using resources from ACT, CBT, and his own creative arts background. I've made tremendous progress in managing my symptoms, and I've learned to recognize my triggers, understand the roots of my issues, and develop healthier strategies. Ethan's commitment to my well-being extended beyond our sessions. He was always available for support, whether through scheduled appointments or the occasional reassuring message in between during the times that I was really struggling. His genuine care and dedication made me feel like I had a true partner in my healing process. Today, I can confidently say that my life has been transformed thanks to the work we have done. I'm now living with significantly less anxiety, and I feel empowered to face new challenges that come my way. His guidance has been nothing short of life-changing, and I will forever be grateful for the positive impact he's had on my mental health and overall well-being. If you're seeking a therapist who is not only exceptionally skilled but also deeply compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Ethan. He has been a lifeline for me, and I have no doubt that he can be the same for anyone looking to overcome anxiety and find a path towards a happier, healthier life.
Ethan demonstrates compassion and validation. However he is highly ineffective and in fact damaging. Although we created a treatment roadmap in the beginning of our work together, it was never used or referenced. Ethan went on paternal leave with literally 30 seconds notice to his clients - it had never once come up previously. His email apologies for the oversight are classic gaslighting. And he included self-congratulatory messaging about my progress with 0 substance, having never mentioned this progress in our sessions, leaving me very confused and upset. Frankly, my mental health was stronger before therapy with Ethan. He seems like a nice guy but he's honestly disinterested in his clients' mental health and clueless about his negative impact.
