Dr. Hayhow is the first provider I've had in my life that genuinely cares about my health and mental health, rather than seeing me as a quick patient to shove in and out of the door. She takes the time to sit and discuss how I'm feeling, and listens as well as gives feedback about possible care options rather than just telling me what to do. She makes me feel like she is an advocate on my team for my health, and it's good to have her in my corner.

I was nervous as she was a new provider for me because my pcp was unavailable. But she was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. She knew my medical history and listen to my concerns. She offered me options and explained everything clearly. She relieved my anxiety and made me feel secure with decision made. I left feeling 100% better and grateful to have seen her.

I was a bit skeptical seeing someone other than Dr. Harold my primary care physician. I was pleasantly surprised at how much Dr. HayHow knew of my past medical issues. She was well spoken and did a good job of explaining and reassuring me of my condition. I like how she was proactive in ordering tests and imaging to get a better understanding of what may be going on.

This was my first visit with Dr. Hayhow, she was very professional, seemed very knowledgable, and worked with me to try and continue therapy for my asthma. She has also helped by sending a referral to an ENT for a nasal issue that I would like to receive more information from a specialist.
