1.  Called many times in one day to try to schedule.  Answering machine said leave a message if it's an emergency.  So I didn't.  Final time I called that day got an answering service and left a message. Call was not returned.  Following day I called and told receptionist I couldn't get through to her that I left a message.  She hung up on me.
I made appt anyway and as I was filling out paperwork I had to give them a credit card number or he wouldn't see me.  I have excellent medical insurance.  Why didn't she tell me that when I made the appointment?  Apparently they charge your card until the insurance gets paid.  This must be illegal.  I walked out.  Horrible front office!!!
