The Dr. is super amiable and kind, he answered all my questions. But when they give you the financial agreement it includes every single thing they can add even if you don't really need it. I asked options and a new financial agreement, they have not responded anymore and were angry/annoyed because I asked them to explain details. After my visit, I went with my son, and not only happened the same but also they asked me a copay that was not right, I called my insurance and confirmed I didn't need to pay that. Asking to friends I found out that this is a normal practice and other people decided to change the dentist office due to the same reason. It is sad because the place is well located and the Doctors are super nice, they just need to be more focused on patients health and real needs rather to make money.
