I recently had a bout with high blood pressure. I called to schedule an appointment (which I rarely do) and the staff noted that they had a time slot open up the same afternoon. This was 4:00 on Friday and I'm sure they would have preferred to take the short day and call it good. I was not in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes. I consulted with the nurse then with Dr. Bertani. She listened to me and addressed my concerns. After a 15-20 minute discussion she made her recommendations and sent my prescription to my pharmacy. Seamless. I have had at least three follow up calls to double check my blood pressure performance which has shocked me. I appreciate the teamwork and quality of concern and care. I highly recommend this office.
