Dr. Peterson is straightforward and brisk.  The initial visit went so fast that my head was spinning.  Maybe younger patients could work well with Dr. Peterson.  But I cannot imagine trusting myself to this surgeon, although certainly she has the knowledge and skill to provide the appropriate treatment.   Maybe this is unfair, and a younger patient might have a better experience than I did.  The office staff declined to take my insurance card, although Dr. Peterson is in my network of specialists, so I had to pay up front and then file for reimbursement from my insurance carrier afterwards.  The office Covid protocols were puzzling: a sign in the foyer said to phone in, but no one was there to answer the call, and the doors were all locked.  That made the visit extra-stressful for me.
