First impression of the building the name on the building is Trinity Psychiatric Services (very misleading) but I was at the right location parking is limited. 

Appointment wait times are long patience is a must.

No virtual visits only in-person visits

$25 fee for labwork on site

Intake forms are at least 20-25 pages to complete asking the same questions again and again. Nothing appears to be electronic.

Prescription: I requested for my prescription to be sent electronically. I also asked for the paper prescription in the event their was an issue with the electronic prescription. 

Bedside manner of the doctor is lacking. Although he provided me with an accurate detail of my medical condition there was not much conversation between the doctor and I. No rapport was built I felt like a number.

Lobby was crowded when I arrived with limited seating. 

Patient rooms are not set-up like a medical office very weird. Building appears to not be ADA compliant and  rundown. I saw a broken tile leading to the doctors office and after you meet with the doctor you are taken to another office to pay. I have never seen a medical office set up like this before.
The doctor has over 50 years of experience in his field and seems to be very knowledgeable; however I like a more up to date office, electronic medical records, and virtual appointments. Due to my medical condition I was given a referral from my PCP to see this doctor and I agreed because it was in close proximity to my office, but I will be seeking care from another physician in the near future.

I hope this review helps someone seeking an endocrinologist.

It took 2 months to see an endocrinologist because of our current healthcare in America.  I picked someone from my plan named Dr. Emilio Castaneda.  

My appointment is for 930am and I get to the office at 9am.  At 915 am; I get to fill out the paperwork and not call in till 945am.  I am waiting in the room and Tech takes my Blood Pressure.  Then about 15 minutes Dr walks in:
No Greeting by Dr and who he is
Does not ask about my history
I say who am am and offer my history
He seems disinterested and couldn't care less about me
He is saying that I should take metformin 1000mg per day.  I told him that it hurt my stomach and he said the ER does not.. And gives me why metformin is a benefit in 5 reasons.  Typical reply by a Dr.
I am on insulin and he does not give me a plan on how to reduce my insulin; no schedule. He couldn't care less
Whisk me out the door in 2-3 minutes
Brought to the desk and I have to pay my co-payment and then hands me my paper and does not tell me I need blood work and my appointment is in a month.

This Dr is incompetent and the worst Dr I have ever seen in my life.  I am a first time patient and he treated me less than human.  You need to ask me about my history.  He was so disinterested in my visit and did not advise me if there were any other options.  I will be disputing the charges and blogging him and reporting him to the Florida Board of medicine.

I purposely made an account to spill the beans about  Emillio Castenedas "office/practice". This doctor has no balls and his staff of grown toddlers are bitches. The entire office is racist and slackers. I was given the runaround from day one. Their not professional, caring, considerate or compassionate AT ALL towards patients. Do your research first, and be aware of who you choose to care for you.
