Very rude when I tried to ask about some things I read on my ultrasound that I read on my chart. " I'm not there yet" in a snotty tone was her response. I questioned her on the cyst I read on it, she said there was no cyst found. She handed me the paper for me to show her, I said I didn't want to, but I know I read it on my chart. At the end of visit she looked again & found the cyst in the ultrasound reading. Obviously she didn't go over my ultrasound before entering the room. This cyst was my main concern for my appointment.
