Don't go there. The staff treats paying customers with insurance like they’re bums at the free clinic.

I showed up at 10am for an 11am appointment and was told at 1pm that I’d have to wait longer.  I booked an early appointment, because I have to be at work by 1:30pm, but the staff didn’t care. 

Covington is a decent doctor, but has severe tardiness issues.  When I complained, Covington's response was that he was fully booked through May and he doesn’t need my business.  

Sick, disabled, brain injured patients should not be treated this way.  I’m going to escalate this to the State of Florida Board of Health.  The Key West Medical Center (on Flagler) is guilty of overbooking patients, unprofessional business practices and bad ethics.
