Expanded her practice and I only saw NP. She never checked my record and did not see that I was hospitalized for a fall two weeks prior to this visit.

Dr. Toulouie, is an excellent doctor. She works tirelessly to help her patients, she's patient and listens closely to her patients concerns. With a single minded focus she addresses medical issues with the intent to find the root of the problem and not just treat the symptom. She encourages her patients to eat properly and to exercise daily. Her natural approach is wonderful. However, if the medical issue is serious she takes every precaution to provide the correct testing and medications. I live in San Diego and would travel any distance to continue my medical care under her direction!
