Dr. Edwin Jacobs is a wonderful physician. He is always welcoming with a nice big warm greeting. No matter how many patients he has or how busy he is, he makes patients feel as if they're the only one on his schedule for the day. He takes time to ask me questions and is patient when I ask him questions. Dr. Jacobs shows concern not only for what I'm seeing him for but my other health issues as well. He goes over medications with me and asks me questions about my overall well being. I was told he will be leaving his practice at providence soon and I am very disappointed. His departure I'm sure will be a tremendous loss for the hospital as well.

Dr. Jacobs has helped me get through some of the most difficult health crises of my life and continues to monitor my health as needed. He's not just an oncologist; Dr. Jacobs is a true healer in every sense of the word. His nurses, his office staff, and everyone at his office is kind and supportive. He sets the tone that everyone follows. I appreciate Dr. Jacobs and his staff more than I can express. He saved my life.

Dr. Jacobs is a true professional in every sense of the word and I would not want to see another physician for my Reclast infusion for osteoporosis. Dr. Jacobs is so very knowledgeable and listens to all concerns about present and future care. The staff members at Dr. Jacob's office are truly exemplary and go out of their way to ensure that the patient is cared for both physically and emotionally. There is always good experience in this medical office ofDr. Jacobs. All of the first responders greet you even if they are not the ones helping you at that moment. Dr. Jacobs is usually very busy, but he always takes his time with me. The wonderful first responders in the infusion room treat me like I'm the only patient they have. I always feel like royalty when I'm there. Thank you to all of the providers of care on the fourth floor.

Dr Jacobs was one of several dr's and nurses, that took extreamly good care with my being in the hospital 6 days with a blood clot that could have had a serious bad outcome were it not for there knowledge and care Dr Jacobs follow up on that stay was A+ I'm confident I'm going to be fine and it's all because of the professionalism of all involved At St. Joseph I really can't say enough good things. I'm only seeing Dr. Jacobs every six months for an injection for osteoporosis. He is so pleasant and easy to talk to. He makes it a point to spend time with me to discuss my condition even though his nurse gives me the medication and draws blood. I get blood test results the same day through My Chart. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone who needs a doctor in his specialty. He is a very nice, caring person.

Dr Jacobs is a lovely person and an excellent oncologist. I feel that he has my best interest at heart and he is always very reassuring and kind toward me. Also, his secretary has gone above and beyond and helping me fill out paperwork and get connected to people in other departments that can help me with the things that I need. I can't say enough good things about everyone I have had contact with in this office.

Dr. Jacobs is the most amazing doctor, as well as an unbelievably smart, kind and caring oncologist. He has given me solid advice, explained things in a calm and understandable manner, and always been gentle with my feelings while giving me the information and confidence I needed. He also knows when to seek advice from other experts an professionals In relation to my condition. I have so much respect for him.

Always a good and thorough visit. Always very friendly and attentive staff who know me personally. My normal lab tests results are given to me the same day at the visit with speciality test results following within a day or so. All office visits and test results are uploaded to the Providence My Chart app which Is very easy for me to track and review.Thank you!
