I felt like Dr. Lee just wanted to get in & out of the appointment, he didn't seem to care who I was, or what I had to say. He just wanted me to answer his questions with no discussion, and then he left the office and another medical assistant gave me paperwork to fill out for pain medication, and said I would need to make a separate appointment for that. Very impersonal.

The whole time I was there to see Dr. Lee, it felt like he just wanted to get in and get out of the room. He did not listen to what I had to say about my health concern and pushed me out as fast as he could. Very very In personal visit considering he is my primary provider. Going to see another doctor and will not recommend this practitioner.

My care provider is great. The ease of speaking to someone when you need to is horrible. Waiting for more than 40 minutes to speak to someone is not good. That was the length of wait to tell the office I was caught in traffic and could not make my appointment.

Dr. Lee and his staff are great....but the whole system and lack of communication are lousy ....I have been fighting with MyChart for years and it's not getting any better. Obviously not made for stupid old people.

Always a pleasure seeing Dr Lee. I tell him how I feel and he explains reasons why and what to do. My mother also asks questions. Always wants me up to date on shots, vaccines. And I always get answers for her.

It took 50 years to find a Dr I liked. I don't know Dr. Lee on a personal level. It is always business but I do feel he cares and wants to help people with their medical problems. I am sorry he is leaving.
