Edward Schork was my therapist for many years, and the impact he had on my life was truly profound. Before working with Ed, I had previously seen another therapist whose approach was far less effective, and the difference between those experiences was
undeniable.

I sought therapy while struggling with anxiety, ADHD, and panic
disorder, and over the years Ed helped me develop tools, insight, and confidence that completely changed the course of my life.

His guidance went far beyond symptom management. He helped me understand myself, my patterns, and how to make healthier decisions even during extremely difficult moments.

Ed played a critical role in helping me leave an unhealthy
relationship and supported me through the emotional aftermath with compassion and clarity. Later, he coached me through building a healthy, secure relationship with my now-husband, helping me communicate effectively and trust myself.

With his support, I was also able to overcome many of the challenges associated with ADHD and anxiety, which ultimately allowed me to graduate college; something that once felt overwhelming and out of reach. Throughout our work together, Ed was patient, insightful, and deeply invested in my growth.

I will always be grateful for the work we did together and for the
lasting changes it created in my life. He was an exceptional
therapist, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking
meaningful, life-changing support.

Even before my first appointment, Dr. Schork's manner and approach in email and on the phone put me right at ease. Since then, Dr. Schork continues to put me at ease with his humor, empathy, genuine concern, and wise words, yet at the same time, he gently pushes and encourages me each week to do the necessary work we co-create together. The highest compliment I can give Dr. Schork is that I feel heard, understood, and supported each visit.
