Sadly, I never received services because I never got a call back. Registered this doctor as my PCP. Left two messages on different days asking for a call back to schedule an appointment.  The voicemail indicated that I would be called back in 24 hours. I never received a call back.  My daughter also called to schedule an appointment for me, and she left a message and was also never called back.  Went to the office and the staff were rude and still no appointment.  I ended up having to choose a new PCP.  I don't understand why you can never reach a live person, only a message that they will call you back in 24 hours and then they don't call back.  It says they are accepting new patients, but I don't think they really want them.
