This June, in the year of 2022, I will be celebrating the thirtieth (30th) anniversary of the St. Jude mechanical aortic valve (model # 23AEC-102) you originally implanted in me at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington on the 9th of June,1992 just shortly after the birth of my twins on the 28th of May, 1992.  I would sincerely like to thank you for the great care you took in selecting the best replacement valve available for me (a 37 year old at the time). I would also like to compliment you on the expertise you demonstrated when implanting this mechanical valve.
