I have had Dr. West as my primary for years. He constantly argues with me over a medication allergy asking if its really an allergy. (The anaphylaxis I get from it tells me yes as did the prescribing doctor) Then he argues over a diagnoses that he forgot he made. Every year is a struggle with him as he forgets more and more and runs more and more behind. Expect to wait 45 minutes past your appointment time.
