Their follow-up is incredible, and the office literally provides the most competent customer service followed by excellent treatment from the doctor and his team. Dr. Berardi has assisted in not only solving the dental issues I have but he's also helped assuage my anxieties about going to the dentist; while the procedures may be understandably uncomfortable, Dr. Berardi listens and works with you to help give you the best smile and achieve the best results for you. When I was in pain, he genuinely cared and called me back into the office immediately to attend to my issues and sought to work with me to make sure I was pain-free as soon as possible.
