Dr. Doan Khanh Tran, DMD

 I had to choose a primary care dentist when I chose my dental plan.  Dr Tran was on the list.  I called 2/22 to set up an appointment for my 4 year old.  The lady that answered the phone said there was an appointment the next day.  I asked her to contact my insurance company to make sure everything was in order for insurance.  She called back that afternoon and said we were covered.  I received a text @ 1130 on 2/23 stating them were "looking forward to ... Apt @ 1:30".  We arrived and were told by the front desk person they had tried to get a hold of us to tell us they didnt take our insurance.  
A terrible waste of my time.  if this is the competence of the front desk staff  I am happy my son didnt receive care by the back staff.  
He is still listed on my insurance carrier as a dentist that takes Aetna Insurance.
