We have two issues.
First, we had a scheduled service at the Durham office  3 days after a minor snowstorm.  We went to the office and it was closed.  There was no call to let us know.  Then! after re-scheduling we went for the service and the equipment didn't work. 
Second, We had just changed to this office after our former dentist stopped accepting Aetna Dental Access.  After one treatment we were advised that this office was going to stop accepting the plan.  This was extremely irritating as we now have to search for a third dentist within one year.  The dentist providing service tried to be helpful but it isn't enough.  What is also troublesome is that this office is still listed as a provider on Aetna Dental Access.  If they are going to stop accepting the plan they need to notify the Plan!
