During our sessions, Ms. Vicital was always yawning & sleepy to the point of struggling to keep her eyes open. Once, she fell completely asleep. Ms. Vicital was also distracted by her very young children who were always present--crying, whining or begging for attention. Ms. Vicital was consistently disheveled, ate during one session & sometimes read & answered her emails while I was attempting to speak.
