Excellent doctor and good approach. Straight to the point.

This was our first visit to this Doctor. We were brought back and the nurse left immediately. After thirty minutes we inquired on the wait. The nurse was quite impatient and said she couldn't speed things up and we needed to wait. The doctor arrived 45 minutes after our appointment time and we said we were disappointed with the wait since it was early in the morning. She was prepared for a battle already and said she was a Specialist and we had to wait. She had zero empathy just as her staff had none. Rather than try to empathize with us she repeated that she was a Specialist, excessive wait times should be expected and we could leave so we did.
