I chose to become a clinical pharmacist practitioner because I enjoy helping patients obtain the appropriate tools to live healthier lives. Whether the tools be additional education or counseling, pharmacotherapy (medication), or an empathetic ear, I have dedicated my life to improving patients' lives. My approach to patient care is patient-centered. I enjoy counseling my patients on all of the available options to allow them to be included in the decisions for their health. In addition, by putting the patient at the center, I ensure they are well-informed and educated on all aspects of their care I am managing. My areas of interest include diabetes management, anticoagulation, cholesterol management and pulmonology management. Outside of I work, I enjoy spending time at the lake and love to water ski with my family.
