Dr. Kneiber is such a present and thorough dermatologist. I have been shuffled through three other doctors that led to misdiagnoses, no diagnosis, or otherwise dismissal of my skin condition. The front desk staff were so pleasant and thorough, the nurse was kinder and more competent than any doctor I had previously seen and Dr. Kneiber was a total pro. I felt safe and treated as an individual. Everyone that I interacted with was a woman, not that that is a requirement, but I noticed that each person just said something really nice about someone else who worked there, or I otherwise witnessed a colleague helping another colleague followed by genuine expressions of thanks. All in front of patients in a totally organic manner that can’t be faked. It’s indicative of deeply ingrained positive culture and great leadership. I drove four hours to get to my appt. And I almost didn’t take it because I was originally looking for someone with multiple decades of experience. I am so very glad I didn’t let that false belief or the frustration about driving prevent me from visiting Dr. Kneiber. She’s a star and UCLA is lucky to have her.
