As a new patient, I saw the dentist and had x-rays at my first visit. I was told I would need to come back for my cleaning. The hygienist was in the hospital, so that was understandable. I came back the following week for my scheduled cleaning and was told the hygienist was still in the hospital and that they had called and left me a message. I had received no missed calls or messages. After the office rescheduling several times after that, I gave up after 2 months and changed to the Novi location. This location only has 1 dentist and 1 hygienist, with no back ups.
