People come to your when they are at their lowest, when they have their health failing them. Common decency should be a priority for you, but it's not. 

I came for an issue that, if not addressed, could cost me my leg. You screwed up my appointment saying you couldn't do it because your not open Fridays to check on it (even though Google and everyone else says you actually are). Then when I asked why the appointment was even made and why I drove over 50 miles for this, I was then talked down and chastised for YOUR mistake!!

So now I e scheduled with another place that actually cares, but can't get in till next week. So now I'm at risk for losing my leg all weekend. 

When my wife called she was told that you don't have to explain anything to her. Yeah, yeah you do. The 20min worth of paperwork I had to do says so. 

But don't worry, you'll know if I lose my leg.... Cause you'll hear from my lawyer.
